Extended abstracts deadline April 14, 2005 |
All researchers wishing to contribute papers for 10th EWGT Meeting
or 16th Mini-EURO Conference are requested to submit electronically an
extended abstract in either LaTeX or Word format by this deadline (see submission
details). All abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance by the
Program Committee. |
Notification of acceptance June 14, 2005 |
The notification of acceptance, including reviewers' suggestions and
opinions, will be sent to the first author of the paper with the e-mail
address. |
Early registration July 14, 2005 |
Early registration is suggested for all participants who want to
save on conference fee (see more details about conference fee). The
registration should be carried out online using electronic form. The
form will be available soon. |
Final version of abstracts deadline July 14, 2005 |
The authors of accepted abstracts will be requested to send back the
final version of their work, corrected according to reviewers' suggestions.
The abstracts will be published in
the Conference Proceedings, in a hard copy. The Conference Proceedings
will be available for all registered conference participants.
E-proceedings will be also created and made available for all guests
and visitors of the conference web page. It is assumed the E-proceedings
will be available by the end of July. |

Conference fee
The Conference fee includes (for the regular fee and the student fee):
- Conference sessions (EWGT and Mini-EURO)
- Conference Proceedings
- Get-together party
- Conference Dinner
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Technical trip
Accompanying person fee includes everything as regular fee above
except conference sessions and the Conference Proceedings.
Student fee applies also to a PhD students.
The fee does not include accommodation.

It is possible to pay the conference fee in PLN (Polish currency) for all
Polish participants.
It it possible to pay only by transfer, payments with credit card are
not accepted. To minimize the costs of bank transfer you may pay for a few
participants (e.g. from the same university) with one transfer (please specify all
participants' names in the "Purpose of Payment" field).

Thanks to the EURO funds the Organizers of the Conference offer a financial
support to those participants who are personally going to attend the Conference
and:
- their conference paper will be positively reviewed
- they come from the countries with GDP/capita lower than 11.000 euro
(i.e. lower than 50% of EU-25 GDP in year 2004)
The financial assistance can cover:
- costs of accommodation in a students' hostel (without meals) between
September 12 and 17, 2005 (5 nights)
- a half of the early conference fee (i.e. 137.5 euro)
The financial assistance process is finished as of September 5.
